| The
Silver Halos all started out with Sarah, the lead guitarist. She went to Mr.
I (their manager) and said she would like to start a Christian
punk/rock band. Mr. I thought it would be a great idea! After asking Mr. I to manage them Sarah asked her older sister Tina to be the lead singer, Ashley Anderson to be the bassist, and Amber Rider to be the drummer. Some things didn't work out with the members in the band after about a month Tina had started playing the bass and it was a 3 piece band. Sarah was still playing the guitar and singing, Tina was on the bass now and singing, and Amber was the drummer. |
The Silver Halos opened for bands such as Building 429 in Tennessee, Sanctus
Real, and Starfield at the Penn Run Christian Outreach Center. Some of the
members have changed to what it is today.
The Silver Halos are still playing to
profess their love for Christ and they will never change that. They are still a Rockin' band from Indiana Pa!
